{+} CLARINS Barocco Face Palette has a dual functionality as a setting powder and blush. The translucent powder contains subtle shimmers whereas the peach pigments baked in Barocco-style motifs are matte. It goes well with the Extra-Firming Foundation which will be reviewed soon, as I’m still working it with various powders.

{+} CLARINS Extra-Firming Body Lotion absorbs into my skin like melting butter, and is immensely hydrating. Have yet to feel any firming effects.

{+} CLARINS Beauty Flash Balm doesn’t come cheap with 50ml of product, but may I add it is a worthy asset to invest in. The product boosts your complexion instantly and tightens the skin, allowing makeup to last longer whilst providing that hydrating effect for a dewy finish. What got me loving the Flash Balm even more is its usage as a sleeping mask – waking up with a perkier appearance and skin looking supple from the night before.

{+} HOURGLASS COSMETICS AURA Sheer Cheek and Lip Stains are my most recent acquisitions that I absolutely L O V E ! I bought both in Petal, a gorgeous peachy pink with subtle gold shimmers. The water-based formulas do not budge once set on the skin and lips, and the lasting power is applaudable specially the lip color.

{+} ROSEBUD PERFUME Mocha Rose Lip Balm is a hefty splurge but softens my chapped lips efficiently. The pot will probably last me through the next 6 months.

{+} BENEFIT Lust Duster has been discontinued last year, but the range of shimmery loose eye powders are still available on eBay if you are interested. Jelly Roll is a shimmery lilac shade which I’ve been pairing with CLARINS Neo Pastels eye palette in the last 2 months. The lighter lilac shade from the palette is too frosty for my liking and thus opted for this instead. The glitters aren’t too overpowering and I love to use it on the inner corners of my eyes and highlighting the brow bone..

{+} LA MER The Refining Facial is advisable to use once a week, and left my skin squeaky clean and polished. It contains one of the finest granules, with nearly 2 carats of diamond powder and polished sea quartz. The exfoliator can be used as a wash-off mask as well, demonstrated at a workshop held in late February. I should have gotten this instead of La Poudre; I’ve been saving that for special occasions and hardly ever used it…

{+} RIMMEL London Hide The Blemish Concealer has been neglected for months, and thought I’ll start using it again as a corrector. I’ve been uber busy and dark circles are getting prominent with no proper time to shop for a peach corrector. Previously I had used this to even out my skin tone and concealer, and looks like the peachiness is able to counteract with the shadows under my eyes. What I like is that the formula ain’t as drying although I still take precaution to apply eye gel lest it gets cake-y.

I rarely do a haul entry but this accumulative post is kind of necessary since some products probably don’t need their own dedicated post, know what I’m saying?
