Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservations, we request a minimum notice of 48 hours. Please be aware that failure to provide proper notice may result in a 50% booking fee that will be applied toward future reservations. For any reservations that result in a no-show, a 100% booking fee will be required to schedule future services. Additionally, we kindly ask that you arrive punctually for your appointment, as being more than 15 minutes late may hinder our ability to accommodate your reserved services.
