Last November I dropped by the Illamasqua counter at Robinsons Orchard to check out their range of products and intense colors for which they have made a name for.

I picked up the Gleam Cream Highlighter in Supernatural(S$42). Released as part of the Paranormal Collection last Summer, it is a warm bronze that lits up your cheek bones.

Initial swatches made me think it would be a nice complement to NARS Orgasm – no thanks to the fluorescent lights of the departmental store! Supernatural‘s coverage is sheer and the product built up to a tad orangey on me.

Creamy and easy to blend, it looked frosty from the pan but smoothed out to a dewy sheen. The warmth of my fingers causes the product to streak hence I used the Sigma F05 Small Contour Brush, and set with either a powder bronzer or NARS Light Reflecting Powder.

Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess Soft Matte Bronzer
NYC Smooth Skin Bronzing Face Powder in Sunny

The Estée Lauder bronzer is really sheer so Supernatural came in handy to build up intensity. I also lightly dust Diorskin Nude Shimmer Instant Illuminating Powder to highlight my cheek bones.
