Come March, Clarins Singapore will launch the all-new White Plus Total Luminescent range. Apparently skin acts like millions of “micro-mirrors” at every layer which reflects light, hence the collection is aimed at reviving rosy, luminescent skin. It has truly been a sensorial experience, especially with the omission of the Sea Lily in the formulation, and that the products smell really divine! [ Press Information ]

I’ve just started on this whitening regimen last Monday, and have since saw a discrepancy with my skin tone by end of the week. Note that my previous routine did not contain any brightening products, the difference has been more apparent.

Clarins White Plus Total Luminescent Brightening Soft Aqua-Milk
Clarins Extra-Comfort Toning Lotion with Aloe Vera [ Write-Up ]
A double dose of comfort; the Aqua Milk brightens and drenches dehydrated skin and I used the Toning Lotion afterwards to plump up my skin. I seriously love this cheery concoction!

Clarins White Plus Total Luminescent Intensive Brightening Serum
Compared with the previous White Plus HP formula which is a runny consistency, the new serum is a gel and absorbs easily into the skin.

Clarins White Plus Total Luminescent Brightening Hydrating Emulsion
I love the non-SPF version of the White Plus HP Whitening Velvet Emulsion [ Write-Up ], but it will soon be retired although the SPF moisturizer will still be available. The new product is immensely hydrating that I have forgone cream formulas at night.

Filorga Eau Anti-Age Mist [ Brand Write-Up ]
The ultra-fine drops are infused with a cocktail of 15 ingredients to combat premature aging. As mentioned in my 2012 round-up, it softens bare skin exceptionally well, and feels even better when moisturized.

As for SPF protections, I periodically rotate the ones in my current stash.

I kept most of what’s used in the day, and made some adjustments to prevent moisture loss while the skin goes into ‘repair mode’ when I sleep.

Clarins White Plus HP Gentle Renewing Brightening Peel
I alternate the Toning Lotion with this gentle exfoliating lotion to eliminate dead cells and cleanse pores.

FaceQ Ocean + Aloe Masks
Like a reservoir in one pack, these are the most thirst-quenching masks I’ve tried so far.

Filorga Meso-Mask
In keeping up with the whitening ‘theme,’ this weekly masks radiates and treats wrinkles simultaneously. I have yet to see any improvement with the latter although once removed, skin feels suppler.

Filorga Sleep And Peel
Another one that facilitates cell turnover to reveal translucent skin, I alternate with the Brightening Hydrating Emulsion.

As for my eyes, I’m still using the same Estée Lauder combo – review will be up next week!
