>> Bells, Lights, and Tinsels
I always make it a point to meet up with friends periodically so we could stay in touch and not drift away from each other. Sometimes I resent that I’m always the one putting in effort to make contact instead of the way around. Oh well, there’s always 1 party who has to make the first step.
Anyway, it’s another one of those days where my buddy and I spent the whole day from breakfast and all the way till dinner. We would catch up on recent happenings as well as reminiscing the past like how school life was the best time of our lives.
Since it’s Yule Tide, it’s obligatory for major establishments to have their own Christmas trees and that became our focal point of the day.
Ngee Ann City always put up the grandest, best-lit tree in town!
>> Christmas Tree towered with cuddly bears
>> It takes 2 to make a thing go right♪
>> Usual Go-to: Best Mango Ice-Blend in town!
>> Starbucks Toffee Nut Latte & Toffee Nut Frappuccino
Christmas ain’t complete without getting my toffee fix. Must get my fill before the seasonal offerings end!
>> Chicken Bulggogi & Bulggogi Chicken Bap
Dinner was settled at Seoul Garden Hotpot, however both service and food were unsatisfactory! Alas! The grilled chicken, once popped in my mouth, presented this unfortunate scenario in my head where meat were cooked in a poor ventilated, overcrowded environment. I swear they taste like depressed souls, dare I say the meat wasn’t marinated enough. No way we are going for another visit.
Ahhh, I want to eat at Ssikkek Korean Grill again!!
