A fusion of the award-winning Elixir Ultime Oléo-Complexe [ Product Write-Up ] and precious extract sourced from around the globe, Kérastase launches a trio of hair oils offering a tailor-made solution for different hair needs, with rich scents of each variant reminiscent of familiar French perfumes.

Olfactory driven, these products are offered the same way as you would choose a fragrance – they are spritzed on testing strips and pick the one that appeals to you the most. Should you decide on one that doesn’t correspond to your hair type, refer to the suggestions above to adapt quantity of product accordingly.

In conjunction with the ‘Grand Cruz’ launch, I was invited down to Salon 360° @ MBS for a luxurious Hair & Scalp Spa. You have to request for their signature Red Dates Tea, as recommended by salon director June Ng. She also took the time to do a hair & scalp diagnosis – free consultation is offered to the public with no obligations or purchase necessary. Rest assured there’s no hard-selling.

I was rather surprised when told my scalp is relatively healthy – 3 strands growing from the same root/spot signify so. The gunk is the accumulation of dead cells that can be rectified with Bain Exfoliant Purifiant [ Product Write-Up ] which was used during my session.

Here’s a close-up look of the ends of my tresses – the sporadic holes indicate follicles “opening up” attributing to split ends due to heat exposure. To prevent any further damage, I have since purchased a Liese Heat Protectant.

Special thanks to my stylist Nick for making me feel at ease, and encouraging me to take a breather from work. He has quite a zen personality who takes life easy, one step at a time. He also used the Ciment Anti-usure Conditioner that left my tresses unbelievably silky soft. I’m adding that to my ever-growing To-Buy list for sure!

The ‘Grand Cruz’ Collection is now available at J’s Salon & Salon 360° (Call 6738 3113 for more salon listings). From now till 11th Oct, there is a special atrium set up opposite the MBS salon (#B2-40). Simply purchase the trio of beautifying oils and receive the Elixir Ultime free! Samples are also up for grabs to get a feel of the products ━ More Promotional Details
