After making history for signing on as the first male ‘N°5″ model last May, the Brad Pitt-headlined fragrance campaign was finally revealed this week!

Filmed in black and white, the first ad features the smoldering hunk standing alone as he recounts his memories with the perfume – “It’s not a journey. Every journey ends, but we go on. The world turns and we turn with it. Plans disappear. Dreams take over. But wherever I go, there you are – my luck, my fate, my fortune. Chanel N°5. Inevitable.”

Previously hawked by Marilyn Monroe(1954), Catherine Deneuve(1987), Nicole Kidman(2004) and Audrey Tautou(2009), the brand hopes to draw on the sex appeal of the celebrated actor and persuade young women to buy the iconic fragrance.

Saw the ad on tv! Shuai!!
I wish they would at least give the bottle a different look for a masculine look tho…
Quite skeptical Of a man promoting a woman fragrance. Does he even use it prior?
i’m not really feeling it with brad pitt fronting the fragrance. but i guess it doesn’t matter since no.5 probably doesn’t need to drive sales; just to spice up routine marketing i suppose
I thought the tvc was kinda lame but snagging Brad Pitt was spokesman was a brilliant PR move
