The 2nd lacquer that I’m featuring today from the Pure Color Vivid Shine Collection, is a little different from Black Turquoise. The latter is a blackened hue accented with dark turquoise whereas Purple Velvet is a deep plum embedded with shimmers.

This is the only shade I own from O.P.I., to which I’ve already used up 2 bottles of the same hue, haha! The blackened plum may look inauspicious from the bottle, but swatched as an identical twin to Purple Velvet with the absence of fancy holographic and shimmers.
