Hi there! As informed during the press luncheon, one tablet should suffice per day and preferably taken in the morning. Make sure to have food in your system prior. I’m not sure about the slimming coffee you’re taking, but it’s advisable to skip it when consuming the Crystal Tomato, vice versa.
