The whitening skincare range from Estée Lauder comprises of 3 collections – CyberWhite Ex is positioned as an “intensive care” series whereas CyberWhite Brilliant Cells, released a year later in 2011, is described as the essential maintenance that delivers a more uniform tone, and brightens the skin from beyond bright to brilliant.

Their makeup bases, aptly named Cyber Brilliant Perfection, called on the expertise found in the CyberWhite Brilliant Cells Full Spectrum Brightening System. The powerful Full Spectrum Brightening addresses dullness and discoloration, delivering “ full spectrum brightening results to illuminate every facet of skin” that seems to have its own inner light, radiance, clarity and life.

Designed as the first step to kick start your makeup routine, the brand new CyberWhite Brilliant Perfection Full Spectrum Brightening Makeup Base includes an advanced blend of light-reflecting optics and skin-brightening lavender pigments that work in synergy to correct and even skin tone to reveal an unprecedented level of clarity and translucency.

To further correct that dull. sallowness appearance, the formula contains a unique concoction of Advanced Brightening Blend that includes Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract, Cucumber Extract, Mulberry Extract, Grape Extract and Apple Extract.

The presence of soft spherical powders blended with specially emulsified technology creates a smooth, even surface, and helps to absorb excess sebum. Lastly, its SPF30/PA++ sunscreen protection defends the skin against detrimental UV rays.

Although the product needes to be shaken well before usage, there are still traces of granules that helps to smoothen the skin and slightly fills in pores. You only need a tiny amount unless you’re due to hit the stage for a Peking Opera; I deliberately avoided applying on my neck to show the visibly, brightened effect.

Brightening primers are a dime a dozen, but not many are able to smooth out the surface texture of your skin at the same time. The inclusion of SPF doesn’t render the product greasy, and has commendable oil-controlling properties.
Estée Lauder CyberWhite Brilliant Perfection Full Spectrum Brightening Makeup Base is set to launch this March, and will retail for S$86 / 30ml. The rest of the collection includes:

■ CyberWhite Brilliant Perfection Full Spectrum Brightening Powder Makeup SPF25/PA+++ (S$90 – includes compact case) – uses pink soft-focus pigments and “Sebum Sensor” powder to mask yellow undertones, promoting radiance from within. Voted Readers’ Choice for Favorite Illuminating Foundation at Her World Beauty Awards 2012.

I’ve been there! The lavender pigments brightens and slightly reduces your blemishes. Invest in a concealer with good coverage! Check out EL’s Maximum Cover.
like that this primer does not give that ultra silicone look. It seems as if it moisturizes the skin as well! Thanks for the review
It goes on well for dry skin, unlike Diorskin’s Radiant Base.
WOW @ that difference! And it smooths skin surface too, I want!
