A London-based brand that delivers fine-quality products at affordable pricing; Rose Gold is often compared to, but cost a fraction of Orgasm. The one flaw with the latter is that you’ll pick up more gold shimmers than the pigment itself; whereas in the case of this sleek(pun intended) blush, you get a nice balance of coral-pink shade with a gorgeous golden sheen.
Most of us have too many blushes for our own good, not that we should be complaining! Rose Gold works excellent as a layering tool to give more “oomph” dimension to your cheeks. The shade itself is flattering on most shades, and imparts a nice golden glow to make your features stand out, especially at evening gatherings.
ELIZABETH ARDEN Mineral Cheekcolor in Rosy Glow
The blush looks a dull mauve from the pan but reveals a lovely rouge with subdued gold particles when swatched. “Subdued” as opposed to Orgasm‘s sharp gold flecks. The texture may be chalky, but the resulting color is gorgeous enough to overlook its flaw.
